• Inschrijvingen

CAD, SCH, JUN, SEN en MAS dienen zich vooraf in te schrijven via de website van DAC. Inschrijvingen worden afgesloten op 23 juli, 20u. Inschrijven op de dag van de wedstrijd zelf zal niet mogelijk zijn voor cadetten, scholieren, juniores, seniores en masters.

BEN, PUP en MIN kunnen inschrijven, tot de dag zelf.
Om de wedstrijdenadministratie te vergemakkelijken vragen wij echter dat ook zij zoveel mogelijk vooraf zouden inschrijven. 

• Deelnemerslijst

Eventuele fouten in de deelnemerslijst kunnen gemeld worden per e-mail: atletiek@dilbeekac.be

• Aanmelding

De atleten moeten zich minstens 45 minuten voor de aanvang van hun eerste proef aanmelden en het inschrijvingsgeld betalen.

Alle atleten nemen deel met hun eigen startnummer.
  

• Inschrijvingsgeld

benjamins / pupillen / miniemen: 3,00 euro

cadetten / scholieren / juniores / seniores / masters: 5,00 euro

• Uurrooster

Wil rekening houden met volgende bijzonderheden:

Werpproeven: twee standen (vermeld op het uurrooster):
speer       /1 = hoofdveld, /2 = bovenveld;
bij tijdsgebrek op het hoofdveld kunnen werpproeven worden verplaatst van het hoofdveld naar het bovenveld.
kogel       /1 en /2 = 2 standen op het hoofdveld.
discus       één stand op het hoofdveld.

Bij problemen met het uurrooster geldt steeds volgende voorrang :

• Prijzen

De prijsuitreiking gebeurt 1 uur na het einde van de laatste proef.

Atleten moeten aanwezig zijn om hun prijs te ontvangen.

• Medailles

Dilbeekse Meerkampen: voor de eerste drie van iedere categorie.

Vlaams-Brabants Kampioenschap:
- cadetten, scholieren, juniores en seniores: de eerste drie ontvangen een medaille en schildje voor de kampioen van het provinciaal comité.
- masters: De eerste per leeftijdscategorie ontvangt het schildje van het provinciaal comité.

• Geldpremies

voor de eerste drie(zes)

(eerste 3 masters alle leeftijdscategorieën samen, rangschikking volgens agefactor)

Juniores en seniores vormen één categorie.

• Flanders Cup meerkampen

voor bij de VAL-aangesloten juniores en seniores

• Toegang

5,00 euro voor 1 dag; 8,00 euro voor twee dagen.

• Entry

Athletes in the categories CAD (born 2003-2004), SCH (born 2001-2002), JUN (born 1999-2000), SEN and MAS (35 years and above) must register in advance on the DAC website. Entries will be closed on July 23th at 20:00 local time. On site registrations on the day of the meeting will not be possible for athletes of these categories.

BEN, PUP and MIN athletes (born in 2005 and after) can register on the day of the meeting on site. To facilitate meeting administration, we kindly request these athletes to register in advance if only possible.

• Participant list

Please notify potential errors in the participant list by email: atletiek@dilbeekac.be

• Confirmation

Athletes must confirm their participation on site at least 45 minutes before the start of their first event and pay the entry fee.

Athletes participate with their own bib. A guest bib will be prepared for international athletes.

• Entry fee

BEN / PUP / MIN: 3,00 euro

CAD / SCH / JUN / SEN / MAS: 5,00 euro

• Timetable

It takes into account the following details:

Throws: two stands (listed on the timetable):
javelin       /1 = main field, /2 = upper field;
in case of time shortage, throwing events may be moved from one stand to another.
shot put     /1 en /2 = 2 stands on the main field.
discus          one stand on the main field.

In case of schedule problems, the following priority order will be applied:
JUN/SEN men
JUN/SEN women
CAD
SCH
MAS
BEN
PUP
MIN

• Prices

The prize ceremony takes place 1 hour after the end of the last event.
  

Athletes must be present to receive their prize.

• Medailles

Dilbeek Combined Events: for the first three of each category.
  

Provincial Championship Flemish Brabant:
- cad, sch, jun and sen: the first three receive a medal, and the champion a blazon from the provincial committee.
- mas: The first per age category receives the blazon from the provincial committee.
  

• Money premiums

for the first three (six)

(first 3 MAS alle age groups together, following age-factor ranking)
  

JUN and SEN form one category.

• Flanders Cup Combined events

for VAL-affiliated JUN and SEN

• Access

5,00 euro for 1 day; 8,00 euro for 2 days.
